Loren "Big Lo" Sandretzky was recently Diagnosed with severe Diabetes. He spent several weeks in Harborview Medical Center, most of the time in Intensive Care. Lo had 5 separate abscesses removed from his lower leg that were blocking his circulation, and currently has those 5 holes healing how.
Lo is not entirely out of the woods yet in regards to his Diabetes. To add to his complications, he is not able to work, and has no insurance to cover his increasing medical expenses. That is where this show is going to help Lo.
I am happy to report that Lo is down 116lbs currently, his blood sugar levels are right in line with his Doctors wishes, and he is working hard every day to get better. Being the type of person he is, (if you know Lo then you know what I mean) Lo has decided to use his situation and obstacles to help other people. He is making it his personal mission to spread awareness of the dangers if Diabetes, and to educate as many people as possible. Once again, he is giving back of himself to help as many people as possible, this is the second part of where the proceeds of this show will help Loren.
This man has given his time and support constantly throughout his life to those around him. He is a fixture at sporting events, and yes everyone sees him in that context, but what you don't get to see is the hours he spends coaching kids, and helping out his community. This is the reason that we have decided it is time to give back to Loren! If there has ever been a man worthy of our support, it is this man... God Bless you Big Lo...
